Three (3) capsules per day. It is best to take Cholestatrim™ with meals and 8
oz. of water. They can either be taken one per meal, 3 times per day, or two
(2) in the morning and one (1) in the evening.

side effects I need to know about?
There have been no reported side effects from taking Cholestatrim™. However,
